On a recent trip to London, to take in the Christmas festivities, I decided to concentrate my photography around the Regent St and Piccadilly area of the capital. This year the theme was floating Angels, based on the first Christmas lights showing of the Angels, which went up in Regent Street back in 1954.
Potton is a small market town in North East Bedfordshire renowned in the area for the lights they put up at Christmas. Although Potton is much smaller than it’s neighbours Biggleswade and Sandy they always produce a much better show of their Christmas Lights, so they are always worth photographing.
