Made a trip to Norfolk for the weekend for a bit of relaxation. Whilst having a stroll around Gt Yarmouth I came across a small event in the market square to mark the 1940s.
This 1940s Fair, organised by the local Borough Council’s Town Centre Initiative, which featured the Dad’s Army Thetford platoon and a patriotic performance from a Winston Churchill impersonator, unfortunately I missed. There were a number of side stalls as well as the local Brass band to keep the crowd entertained.
With my pocket sized Canon G7x at my disposal I managed to captured a few images for the record, for the hour I was in attendance.
