Yet another Shuttleworth show bathed in glorious weather, it doesn’t get any better. So here we go yet again armed with my Nikon camera’s and lenses for the short trip to Old Warden, this time it is their Military Pageant
I decided this time to concentrate my images on what I thought were the main attractions for the flying programme, mind you there were plenty of act’s to chose from.
With attractive visiting participation at the show mainly from nearby Duxford as well as Middle Wallop, home of the AACHF (Army Air Corps Historical Flight) all of which displayed for the large appreciated crowd present, for me that is what visiting pilots do when they come to Old Warden, long may it live. Not leaving out the home team the display pilots led by Dodge Bailey always fly to please the audience as well as the photographers on site, as said before Old Warden is the place to be in the UK for aviation photography during the airshow season.
I like to add my thanks to Brian Reid who kindly picked me up and took me, and his company for the day.
