Creative Stamford

Had a recent trip to Stamford, lincs, to take in the Georgian architecture.
Stamford is a town on the River Welland in Lincolnshire,92 miles north of London on the A1.It is the most complete stone town in England, with most streets unchanged over the centuries, with 600 listed mellow limestone buildings.
Armed with my pocket size Canon camera and a few hours at my disposal  I set out to take a few images of the towns, Georgian buildings. With the modern day signage of shop front’s and its toned down colour, all of which blended in with the caricature of the town’s Georgian architecture.I decided after the days photography to process the images through Photoshop Elements and make use of Nik  Viveza plug in filter to enhance the images, tone down the colour and increase the tonal contrast to bring out the detail in the stone work.
