Greetings From Biggleswade 2020

By | 18th December 2020

What a funny year this has been, normally the turning on of the lights in town is a big occasion, but with the spread of Covid 19 increasing, meant a reduced capacity, in fact I’m not sure if they did an opening night.

So one evening last week I decided to take a look at this years effort,  a bit similar to last year, with an added laser show on the weekends for a couple of hours at a time.

Armed with my Canon G7x,¬† I set the camera to night mode and the results were not bad, just a little bit of editing to make the images pop a bit. I had to move around a bit to find the angles that I required as this lens tends to be a bit to big for certain subjects, saying that its an handy camera for the pocket and you don’t bring unwanted attention to others that are mingling around the town center.

I came back with one or two images for this blog that I’m happy with and in the future I might use the night mode setting a bit more.
This maybe my last blog for 2020. if that is the case I like to wish all my readers  a very Happy Christmas and a better 2021.
